Taking a image from the net or photographing a famous person does not give you the right to print that image.


Examples of prohibited content:

  • Names, logos, pictures or other intellectual property of musical groups or musical artists. You also cannot modify the name of, or other intellectual property relating to these individuals and avoid infringement.
  • Names, logos, pictures, or other intellectual property of sports teams, colleges/universities, clubs, or organizations. Modifications may not avoid infringement.
  • Photos, logos, caricatures, or other artwork depicting actors, actresses, models or other celebrities. Just because you take a photograph of a celebrity does not necessarily give you the right to use that photograph on merchandise, even if you digitally manipulate the photograph.  Amelia Boutique  does not allow the use of content depicting celebrities in any manner unless expressly authorized by that person.
  • Trademarks, names, or logos of other companies. For example, you cannot use the name of a company or company logo.

You will receive an eMail with a quote and instructions with in 24-hours. Orders needed in less than 3-weeks will be considered ‘rush’ and will receive priority treatment from  Amelia Boutique. Please provide detailed instructions so we understand exactly what you want. Nothing will be printed until we receive a ‘conformation’ eMail. We are currently providing ‘custom apparel’ only to the USA & Canada.

We assume that the 'First Graphic' file will be printed on the garment front and the second will be printed on the garment back. If you load one graphic and check the 'back' location, we assume you want it printed on the back. To print 'front' & 'back' check the box above and load your front graphic first & the back graphic second. Detailed instructions are always helpful to be certain you are receiving exactly what you want..

Maximum file size: 3mb.
I hereby confirm that I own the copyright to this unique image and understand that  Amelia Boutique   may, in their sole discretion, refuse to print this graphic. I also confirm that I will hold  Amelia Boutique  harmless and indemnify them from any claims of ownership or copyright infringement.
