Return Policy

Damaged items
Occasionally defective merchandise is not rejected during our fulfillment process or products are damaged during shipping,  Amelia Boutique  takes complete responsibility for these damaged products. When you notify us, we will have your product recreated and shipped to you for free. Please contact us immediately and supply us with images of the defect(s) or unsatisfactory product and the damaged package. Please be certain to also photograph the packing slip. It may be necessary to return the defective merchandise, please keep it and the package until we determine if returning it is necessary. In most cases photographs are all that is needed however, sometimes our fulfillment team or the shipper may require additional proof.

Incorrect Size or Buyers Remorse
Since every product is custom crafted when you order, we do not refund orders that were properly fulfilled by  Amelia Boutique. The most common problem is receiving an incorrect size. Every apparel manufacturer has different size specifications. We have made every attempt to select products that conform to typical sizing. However, it is still possible that the size you are used to ordering does not fit properly. Since we do not refund for ordering the wrong size, please contact us and we will provide the manufacture’s specifications to help you select the correct size.
