If your order’s tracking states “delivered” or “attempted delivery” and you have not received it, you must take this up with UPS, Fed-X or your local post office. Unfortunately, we have no control of packages once they are in the hands of the courier. Hence we are not responsible for packages that state they have been successfully delivered even in the event you did not receive them. We will do our best to assist you, but Amelia Boutique can’t be held responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.
